The information I have says that Jonathan Bliss was born 02 April 1626 in Daventry, N.Hamptonshire, England and died June 1687 in Rehoboth, Bristol, MA. He married Miriam Harmon in 1648, but I don't know where. i also have that Jonathan's father was Thomas Bliss and his mother was Dorothy Wheatlye. It looks like Thomas Bliss was also married to Widow Ide. Hope this helps! There are many descendants of Experience Bliss and Nathaniel Chaffe that are trying to find out the truth. I do know that one of the authors of the Bliss genealogy was incorrect on many connections according to The New England Historical and Genealogical Society. One Bliss book does have Experience as a daughter of Jonathan Bliss and Miriam Harmon.
