Thanks to all who have a Block connection of some kind responding to my post. My Block relative settled in the Chicago area when coming to the U.S. I do not recognize the names Jetta and Ester. My Block relatives came to the U.S. in the 1860s-1870s from Germany. Does anyone have a connection of a young Block girl who married a Von Stein ~ 1805?
