My great grandfather was known by the family as Henry BLACKBURN but in
searching his birthplace I have not been able to find him or his twin
brother George. Today, I recieved an email which places a family in his
birthtown with the last name of Blockbarker. Which makes me wonder what
other variation might apply to this name. So my guestion is do you have
a father Fred from Mecklenburg having twin sons listed Henry or William
(8Dec1862/63-10Apr1932) (census records record Henry both as Henry &
Wm.) and George (8Dec1862/63-14Apr1943). Born in Middlebury, Wyoming Co.,
New York.
Do you have any individual in your database whom might fit the above descriptions.
