I am looking for information about my maternal grandfather. His name was Charles Henry Bloom Sr. and he was married to Thelma Lorraine Confer. He would have been born in the early 1920's or slightly before. I have been unable to find any information that I am sure is about him. Unfortunately, he left the family when my mother was just a child and no one can remeber anything definite about him. I was told that his father may have been named John or Jim and he may have had a brother named William. He probably was born or lived in or near the Lockhaven, Pennsylvania area since that is where my mother was born and he left shortly afterward. Any information that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
