My Bloom information came mainly from a Sacramento Co., Book. Here is what I have, my great great great grandmother is Hetty Bloom, she married Joseph Morrow. She died in about
1869 living three children. Her daughter Sarah Elizabeth
Morrow was adopted by Hetty's sister Elmena (Adaline) Bloom-Runyon and her husband Solomon Runyon, Sarah was then named Sadie E. Runyon, she is my Great Great Grandmother. Her daughter being Ora Rippon. Sadie married Charles Rippon and Ora married Paul Amick Sr, their only child being Paul Amick Jr, my mothers father. Now here is the information that I get from the books: Christopher & Elizabeth Bloom,
their children being Lewis, Anna, Emma, William H. H. and Samuel. William H. H. or Harrison as he was called, born in Ohio Feb. 25th 1815 and married 4-29-1839 to Miss Delila D. Dye born in Miami Co. Ind. ( I believe this to be incorrect,
I believe she was born in Miami Co. Ohio or Iowa ),8-27-1823
Harrison & Delila's children are: Hetty, Arsinve M., Elmene Adaline, Sierra Nevada, Pacific Ellen, Eliza Oceanna, & Andrew Corbly Bloom. If any of these names ring a bell I would love to hear from you. Our family ended up in the Sacramento area. Andrew's family ended up in Ca., Or., Wash., Melbourne Australia.
