Surnames: Bloomquist McCallister
My father is Joseph Victor McCallister b. 11/23/1932, and his younger brother is Harvey Leray McCallister b. 1934. They were born in Pasadena, California to FNU Bloomquist and Mary Freeby. They were adopted by Mary McGehee and Leonard O. McCallister. The McCallister's moved them to Albuquerque, New Mexico and raised them. My father died in 1969 (Vietnam) and my uncle is still alive, but is not inclined to talk about talk about his Bloomquist heritage. I am interested in finding Daddy's family and their roots.
