Looking for information on Francois Xavier Blouin b. 1824 in Trois Riv. Son of Jean Blouin and Sophie Giroux. He married Marguerite Duquette in Montreal in 1844. They had two children in Trois Riv., Jean in 1847 and Louis in 1849. Jean and Louis joined the Union Army in 1864 and fought in the Civil War. Does anybody know what happened to Francois and Marguerite? Where and when they died? Did they have more children? I think they lived in Montreal but am not sure.
