I'm sorry but I haven't been able to find out much about William Jerome Bluebaugh, myself.The man is a big mistery.
I only have a couple census' on him. I sent to Oklahoma for a death certificate a couple years back, paid 15.00. they wrote me back, said they couldn't find a death certificate on him. But they keep the 15. So I have been trying to work on Mary. I found her folks had married in Loudon Co.,TN. on Oct. 22,1881 John Jones & Ellen Boyd.(Source:Volume 2,Pg 100, entry 55) You can contact Loudon Co.Clerk at 101 Mulberry,St. Loudon,TN 37774 or call 423-458-3314 to see about getting a copy of their marriage. Maybe it will list their parents. Mary's father was born 26 Sept.1849 TN.Died: 2 Jan 1919 Stringtown,OK, her mother was Mary Ellen Boyd born:16 April 1862 TN or AL. died: 12 May 1920 OK.
I knew your grandparents when I was very young and lived in California. My step grandmother was Beulah Woods, my stepfather was Roy Bluebaugh. That is also the name of my halfbrother.
