I'm from Brooklyn, but I don't remember any family members named Billy. My maiden name is Blum, and I grew up in the Flatbush section until I reached my teens. We had a small family, most of whom have passed away, but I've always wondered what happened to a cousin, named Stephen. I think he spelled it that way. Does anyone know a Stephen Blum?
