My husband, Tim Achterberg, is probably a distant cousin to you. His family are located in San Antonio. His great, great Grandfather was Friedrich Achterberg, brother to Carl Friedrich and son of Peter Achterberg. It would be wonderful to know more about my husband's family and to come to know you. My family is the Smith family from Seguin - buried in Riverside Cemetery. My 4th great Grandfather is Ezekiel Smith. My line is through Ezekiel's 2nd son, Peter Dingess Smith.
