I am descended from a Dr. Michael Blume (Pharmacist) who brought his family to new York and then moved them to Toronto. His wife's name was Sophia. They had children Isobel (1857), Edward (1859) , Charles (1859), Morris (1861), Barbara (1862), Sarah (1867) . Henrietta (1870) and Matlda (1872). Hope there is a connection.
