Baptist (Batiste?) Blumenfeld

Hello!

I am looking for any information on Baptist (Batiste?) Blumenfeld.

He was born in Germany, moved to England, and then immigrated to the US around 1910-15.

His wife was Gertrude Daniels, born c. 1884 in Southport, England. They had one daughter, Doris.

Baptist and his wife Gertrude, along with Baptist's brother William and his wife (Gertrude's sister) Beatrice, were all vaudeville actors.

Any information would be very appreciated!

I'm searching for information about Gladys Mabel Blumenfeld who resided in South Africa (possibly Cape Town). She married a Fritz Ferdinand BARNACK in the 1930s or 1940s.

Meyer and Dora Blumenfeld

Dora is my Grandmother's sister, Caroline Levison. Caroline died when I was nine years old in Chicago. We lived at 1348 W. Belmont and telephone was Mulberry 5-6467. I have looked for Dora for six years. Caroline was married to John Alfred Larsen, a conductor, for the NorthWestern Railroad. Caroline died in May1952 and I saw my grandfather burn all her pictures and documents in the apartment basement. It breaks my heart for it contained family history that is irrreplacable. I am praying that Dora has copies of their parents Alexander Levison and Josephine Freund birth/marriage/death certificates. Caroline had two boys - Arthur Parnell and Edward Jack. I am the daughter of Edward. My mother's name is June Helen Gribben, she worked for Ma Bell.

My name is Ray Blumenfeld - my parents emigrated to Canada in 1953. They were born and raised in Romania, escaped at the outset of WW II and fled to Palestine where they were involved in Israel's fight for Independence.
I know Blumenfeld is not a common name and I'm looking for any other Blumenfelds whose background may be similar to mine.

Caroline Goldkette born 1813 Hildesheim was married to Meyer Blumenfeld born 1810 - brother to Emanuel Blumenfeld born 1811.
Caroline Goldkette was the daughter of Wulff Levi called Louis/Levy Goldkette 1778-1833 -
and he was my great grandfather

My grandmother was Rose Blumenfeld. She was from Bucharest, Romania. She had a twin brother, Morticah. They were born around 1870's. She had 3 other brothers, the only other one in the US was Max, from New York. Any contacts with that name have not been found. Her brothers from Romania were fur traders. I believe that one brother died on his way to Israel. She also had a sister that died, Rachel, in Romania at a very young age. She had cousins Leah and Clara, but I don't know if they were Bloomenfelds'. Any info is appreciated

Blumenfeld ancestors

I am trying to get information on my grandmother's family. Her name was Liza Blumenfeld. She married Morris Moskowitz in 1904 in New York City. From the census records, it appears her mother was named Sarah. She had an older sister named Rebecca who married Adolf Singer. She also had a brother named David Blumenfeld. David married Amelia. They were all supposed to have come to this country in 1901 or 1902, but I can't find any records for any of them on the Ellis Island database. Her father's name was something like Elkana, but I do not know if he ever came to this country. He may have died in Roumania before they came here. The family was supposed to be from Bucharest. If anyone knows anything about this family, any information would be appreciated.

I am looking for information on my biological father Ernest Blumenfeld. He passed away in April 1986 and never had the opportunity to meet him or anyone in his family. Last known residence I know of was in Maryland. His mothers name is Edyth Blumenfeld and I believe she is still alive and living in Maryland. Are your Blumenfelds from Poland? Were they related to
any Oberhands? I've been told I have a grandfather who was
Samuel Blumenfeld. My Mother was born in Poland.
