Re: Blunck from Denmark
Hi Beverly
I'm a Danish Blunck and I seem to have no idea who you are talking about.
My grandfather was Bruno Heinrich Wilhelm Blunck, born 1912 in Maastrup (spelling is probably off). Though technically German-born, the Northern part of Southern Jutland returned to Danish rule following the first world war. My grandfather and his family (his father being Max Blunck) were since Danish citizens. Bruno had at least one brother and a sister called Emma.
I've see a bit of the family tree, and we go back to a Joachim born in Plön in 1783 I think.
There are other Bluncks in Denmark, you might wanna check out Blunck.dk, though I have never met the people on that website.
Good luck.
