I just read your 5-year-old message and hope I'm not too late. Our family has been traced back to Alesha (or Eliza) Bly (born October 25, 1812) and Lorenzo King (born July 7, 1810) who married and had 10 known children (Phoebe Rosina King, Nancy King, Sarah Jane King, Wesley King, George King, Harrieta King, Hiram King, Sextus King, Mira King and Florence King. I am a direct descendant of Sarah Jane King and have had multiple relatives die from ALS, including my grandmother, aunt, several cousins, mother, three sisters, and most now a daughter of one of my sisters is currently affected. Do any of these names appear in your research? I would greatly appreciate any information you could share.
