My grandfather was John Wesley Blythe, son of H T Blythe of Blytheville Arkansas. His wife was my grandmother, Nellie Elizabeth (Douglas) Blythe. Our family records show that her father was Jeptha Vinding Canfield and Martha Adeline Vann. I am curious to verify this and find out why her last name was Douglas prior to marriage, If anyone can steer me towards answers, I would appreciate it
