They came to Michigan in 1885 (before March) with two of there daughters (Mary born Aug 1879 and Ellen born July 11, 1881).       <description>The obituary of George H. Chase, as published in the York County Coast Star on Wednesday, May 24, 1967:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;West Kennebunk [Maine, USA] - George H. Chase, 62, died Monday in a York hospital.  Mr. Chase had served as a state humane officer for the past two years and had operated an animal rescue shelter.&lt;br&gt;He was born April 23, 1905, Montreal, Canada, son of Everett H. Chase and Boag, Agnes Chase.&lt;br&gt;Surviving are his mother of Montreal; son, Robert L. of Lancaster, N.H.; a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Cobb of Montreal; an aunt, Mrs. Lula Barrett of Kennebunk; five grandchildren.&lt;br&gt;The Rev. Raymond Starbird of the Well Branch Baptist Church will officiate at the 10 a.m. services at the Angell Funeral Home, 9 Dane St., Kennebunk.  Commital wil be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Groveton, N.H. Cemetery.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Not mentioned in the obituary:&lt;br&gt;George was predeceased by his father, Everett and a sister, Muriel (Chase) Libby.  Muriel was born Nov 02, 1907, Fort Covington, NY, died 1965, Portland, Maine.  Everett was born May 13, 1883, Colebrook, NH, died Sep 27, 1963, Rochester, NY.  According to Muriel's birth registration, their mother, Agnes Boag was born in England.
