I'm searching for any information on the immigration, parents, siblings etc of Peter Boch, born in Germany in 1837, immigrated to US abt 1843, first in Pennsylvania, next known place was Muscatine, Iowa where he married Martha Ann Bishop. He was in St Clair Co, MO in the 1870 and 1880 census, then died in 1886. I can find no trace of him for 24 years in documents between 1843 immigration and 1867. Searching for the ship he arrived on has been in vain also. Any help would really be appreciated.
