I am looking for information concerning Anna (Boch) Koertje. Anna Boch was born to George & Katherine Boch, in a "more elite part of Germany", according to family stories. She became pregnant with an illegetimate child. Herman Koertje, my great-great-great grandfather, traveled to Germany from America and was paid a dowry by George Boch to wed Anna and take her to America, where Herman had already established a farm. In America, the baby was born, who became Doris "Dora" Shmeckpeper. Herman & Anna then had two other children, William & Ella (Peters). Anna died in 1944 in Bloomfield, Knox County, Nebraska. I would appreciate any information about Anna and the Boch family.
