My gg grandmother, according to her death certificate, was the dau. of a Louis Bodi, b. Canada. The mother's name was an "unknown". My ggrandmother was Mary Louise or Marie Louisa Baudin,Bodi. She was b. 10 Aug 1830, MI. - some census records say 1840 but it is 1830. She lived in Ottawa Co and was a member of the St. Joseph Toussaint church in Frenchtown there. She m. a Francis Veler and they moved to the east side of Toledo and lived there until her death in May of 1915. They had 11 children. I am trying to learn which Louis Bodi was her father.She is buried with her husband in the old Mominee cemetery (St. Ignatius now) in Oregon Township but no markers exist today. Any help or ideas appreciated.
