My grandfather and four of his six full/half/adopted brothers emigrated from Leipzig/Lampertswalde, Saxony, Germany. All four brothers who came to the US became pharmacists... Friedrich Gustav, Friedrich Wilhelm, and George Willy settled in NYC/NJ. Max Paul and Max Louis started in the East but eventually settled in San Francisco Bay Area. (All went by their middle names.)

I am interested in making connections with any cousins... Are there any of you out there?

Boehme in Iowa early 1900's

I am looking for an Emily Boehme born abt 1899 in Iowa with mother also named Emily from Germany. I believe the younger Emily to have a daughter named Marion, last name Brown. She would have been born abt 1914 in Iowa. Her father may be Walter D Brown born in Iowa in 1896. He would have been a professional wrestler in the early 1900's before WWI. We would like to verify that this is, indeed, his daughter. We are not sure that he and Emily were married but believe they were and then divorced before 1920. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Looking for descendants of Edward Boehme who lived in Bird Island, Minnesota. He married Anna Lindquist. Their children were Joseph, August, Anna and Emma. Edward may be related to my great grandfather, Christopher Boehme. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Ruth Lang
Ruthie627@aol.com
