My grandfather, Luis Karl Bose, migrated from Bremen, Germany, to Durango, Mexico, in the late 1880's. He returned to Bremen to marry his second wife, my grandmother, Johanne Caroline Wehmeyer in 1900. Forced out of Durango by the Mexican Revolution, the family moved to San Antonio, Texas. I will be pleased to share my research with others who are descended from the Bremen Boses.
