My family settled in Annona, TX which is a small town in extreme Northeast Texas near Clarksville, TX and the Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana borders. My grandfather's name was Minnigan Bogan and he was married to Viola Washington. They had a total of 6 children.I would like some information on the name and ,if at all possible, what part of the country we may have migrated from. My family is the only Bogan family, black or white, that I've ever come in contact with. Any information would be appreciated. Thank You.
