I live near Clifton, Tn and am involved in researching the Lizard Glade ceme there. The grave marker reads Tennie Bogan 18 Feb 1858 to 16 feb 1947. There is a Blanch Bogan in Clifton born 1901 who was a teacher. Are these people related. Am looking for any information about these people and their relation to Clifton Tn.
In 1945 I see he owns a lot in Clifton and Amma and Tinnie own 6 lots. So I'm guessing this was his wife or another relative. I don't know. Would be interested in exchanging any info you have on family for any additional research I can do in this area. I just received information about a Bessie Ruth Witherspoon in Clifton who may know more about history of people in the area.
