I too am hunting the Bogard's down. My grandmother was a Bogard. Unfortunately, there's not much to go on. Her father was Johnson Bogard. They lived in what is now Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. Also, the siblings changed the spelling to various forms. Beauregard Beaugard, Bogard, etc. If you think this section has relation to yours, I would appreciate getting together with you and trying to tie this together. I do have an old aunt who was also of this family and I would be happy to quiz her.
