Our family lived in upstate New York before and during the early years of the Civil War. They emigrated to Canada (all were United Empire Loyalists, I believe). They originally came to the eastern townships of Ontario, and moved west (to Manitoba)in early 1900's. I will check into David and Horace from this end and will get back to you. Regards!
