NEALYA/NEELIE BOGGS BARTRAM was daughter of Granny and Lorenzo Dow.
Neelie married CLARENCE BARTRAM and lived in the LAWRENCE CO., KY, GREENUP, KY,LOUISA, KY, Ft. GAY, WVA areas.

GRANNY/AUNT POLLY BOGGS' brother was BEATTY or BEATTIE BOGGS

BEATTY BOGGS had at least four children some names were: HERBERT, ESTELLE OVIE BOGGS.

GRANNY DOW had a big farm near IRONTON PORTSMOUTH, OHIO.
DOW may have been from N. CAROLINA originally.

HENRY BOGGS was a BLACKSMITH in GREENUP COUNTY. His father may have been PAT BOGGS or called Pat. HENRY may have married an ALLEN girl.
