I'm sorry that I did not reply to your earlier message. Not sure that I ever got it!
I have a lot of data on Ferdinand Bogner. Yes he had 2 wives and a lot of children.
What suprises me is that I did not know of a Sebastian Bogner. The records I reviewed included a sister and, in addition to Ferdinand, a brother, Ludwig. Ludwig was my great grandfather.
Some years ago I made contact with a couple of descendents of Ferdinand in the Rochester area. These were from his second wife. What always interested me was the descendents of Ferdinand's first family. I was never able to get any connection. What little I have shows that his wife's name was Keiffer. And that there were at least 4 children. A Louis, Louise and Mary are the only children names that I located.
I am still interested in adding to that family.
