      <description>STANLEY B. BOHAC, 78, born on August 6, 1927, in Ammansville, Texas to Vojtech and Marcella Bohac, died in Houston, Texas on March 8, 2006. Stanley was an Army WWII Veteran who served in Germany. Member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council No. 4550, American Legion Post 654, VFW Post 8790 and the Polka Lovers Club of America. Retired with 36 years of service from Central Freight Lines. Preceded in death by his granddaughter, Lauren Camp and sister and brother-in-law, Agnes and Victor Mitchon. Survived by his loving and devoted wife of 55 years, Dorothy; daughters, Linda and husband Dan Winders and Janice and husband Don Camp; sons, Larry and wife Susie, Jerrel and wife Nancy, Don and wife Rhonda; grandchildren, Chris and wife Jamie Bohac, Jenni Bohac, Glenn and Brien Camp, Megan and Kyle Bohac, Courtney and Cameron Bohac and Timothy Winders; great-granddaughter, Taylor Bohac. Also surviving are brothers, Frank and wife Estelle, Ben and wife Mildred, numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 9, 2006 at Waltrip Funeral Directors where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 8825 Kempwood Drive, Rev. He is survived by his sisters and brother, Gladys Burwell of Bacliff, Jim Bohac of Schulenburg, Patricia McCaleb and husband, Don of Bellaire; Arlene Jane Swenson and husband Richard of Houston; Darlene Serrato and husband Tony of Houston. He is also survived by 11 beloved nieces and nephews and 20 great nieces and nephews and many dear friends. He was associated for many years with Horton Draperies. His passions were horse racing, baseball, Texas college football and music. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 4, 2001 from 5 to 9 P.M. in the Advantage Funeral Home Chapel with a rosary at 7:30 P.M. Funeral Mass Wednesday September 5, 2001, 10:00 A.M. The Rev. John Peters will officiate. Burial will be in the Dubina Catholic Cemetery.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Arrangements are under the direction of Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Bohac died Monday at his home.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Bohac was born in Ammannsville, Texas.       <description>Frank John Bohac formerly of Rolling Meadows. Visitation for Mr. Frank John Bohac, 82, will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at the Patterson Funeral Home, Braidwood, Ill. An aloha ceremony in Hawaii celebrated his love of family, friends and life. He died Thursday, March 25, 2004, at Kona Community Hospital, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Frank was a former Arlington High School coach, teacher, administrator and director of student affairs from 1956 to 1965. He then transferred to Wheeling High School, where he served as an administrator until his retirement in 1979. He and his wife lived in Rolling Meadows from 1956 to 1997. Frank played two sets of tennis on the morning he died. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Shirley Mae Bohac; his children, Bob, Nancy, Tom, Frank, Don, Sue and David, all graduates of District 214 high schools; 22 grandchildren; and by six great-grandchildren.       <description>Frank and Francis Bohac settled in Crete, Saline County, Neb about 1870. He emigrated from Zamel, Bohemia in 1867. Frank's parents were Joseph Bohac and Barbora Janouchova. Francis's parents were Joseph Sedlacek and Anna Dvorakova. I have more information. I am looking for other descendants of this Bohac line. Frank also had a brother, John who settled in Bon Homme County, South Dakota. Frank and Francis's children were: Mary, Anna, Francis, Joseph, Agnes, Frank, Adolph, Toni, Anton, and Charles.
