Classification: Query
Surnames: BOHAM, TURNER, KENDIG, SLONAKER, SCHLUNEGGER
I have a Sarah Elizabeth Turner b 10 Jan 1840, m 17 Mar 1858 to John William Boham, Sr. b 4 Jan 1835. Information on his parents: John Jr. b 29 Mar 1797, Lancaster, PA, d 1876 Bath, Allen, OH. Married to Nancy Anna Kendig b 14 Oct 1795, Lancaster, PA, d 14 Jul 1865, Bath, Montgomery, OH.

I don't know where I got the info on his parents. The two Johns must have different middle names because of the use of Jr and Sr. John and Sarah (my Turner relative) had a son, John William, Jr. b 6 Jul 1868, d 12 Jul 1869 (12 mos old).

I am desperately looking for info on Sarah's mother, Elnor? Schlunegger/Slonaker who married John Turner. I think Schluneggers were Swiss or German with three sets of migrations. Still I could not find Elnor or any derivation.

Sarah (Turner) and John Boham lived in Byron, Greene County, OH. They were married in what used to be the town of Osborn which later merged with Fairfield to become the current city of Fairborn outside the gates of Wright Patterson Air Force Base and next to Montgomery County (Dayton) Ohio. (Greene and Montgomery Counties both have a Bath Twp.)

I haven't much success with the Boham's, but have focused on my direct line of Turner. Glad to help if I can. Would appreciate any help or clues.
