Frankie Bohanon Rezabek, 78, deprated this life peacefully at her home in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Friday, September 30, 2005.
Mrs Rezabek was born Easter Sunday, April 17, 1927, the daughter of Elmer J. Bohanon and Myrtle Riddle of Clayton (Sardis), Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by both parents and one sister, Wanda Miller, of Lake Jackson, Texas.
Frankie retired following a 21-year career as a library media specialist at Cooper Intermediate School, Fairfax County Public Schools, in Northern Virginia.
She was widowed from Bernard V. Rezabek of Medford, Oklahoma, and is survived by her daughter, Landra L. Rezabek, PhD, and son-in-law, John D. Baker, of Laramie, Wyoming; and her son, Grant B. Rezabek, DVM, and her daughter-in-law, Chris A. Schiller, DVM, of Stillwater.
Her suriving siblings include William Bohannon of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma,; Louise Flinchum of Owasso, Oklahoma; and Viola Twist of Sun City West, Arizona. Three step-children, eighteen nieces and nephews, twenty-nine
great-nieces/nephews and countless friends across the United States contributed to her cherished circle of family and friends.
Frankie was a lifelong supporter of public education and efforts to further knowledge, and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to one of the following:
