My Great Grandmother was Fredericka WOLDT who married Charles/Carl BOLDT in Rabuhn, Gross Pobloth, Pommern. This village is in Poland today and was under the DDR control until the unification of Germany in 1990. This family came to America about 1872 and settled in Lake County, Indiana. They stopped first in Chicago and some stayed there. They settled in what was at one time known as Tolleston, Lake County, Indiana and which is now a part of Gary.
