Have you located any info yet? I don't know if there's a connection, but I have an Elisha Bolin, b.12/21/1815 in Columbia, Ohio in my family tree. He married Mary Miller 4/6/1836 in Columbia. He died 10/26/1905 in N. Manchester, IN. Let me know if this helps.
