I am a (biological) BOLING descendant. My father is GLEASON HARRISON BOLING (b 1923 Blount Co TN), son of WILLIAM HARRISON "SHADE" BOLING (b Sevier Co TN) & [?2nd wife?] EDNA SUE WILSON. [These family members are buried at Clark's Grove Cemetery in Rockford, Blount Co TN.] I have a medical condition which, apparently, is a hereditary trait from my paternal lineage. I am wondering if you know this side of the BOLING family, and if you would be willing to share any information that you have on my father's side of the family so that I may know which direction to take to find the root of my medical complaint. I would also like to know the Melungeon connection to the BOLING's -- my medical condition may have its root in a Melungeon ancestry.
