I am trying to find info on my great-great grandfather Louis Bolivar. Family history states he came here from France and settled in Mississippi, marrying a woman named Bessie. They had three children: Rubbie, Jasper, and Effie. Rubbie was my great-grandfather. I have looked at ellisisland.org and found two Bolivars of Columbian ethinicity who resided in Paris before coming to the states, but have not been able to find specific information about Louis. Can anyone help me?
