Mary Frances Bollen, 92, died at the Dorchester Health and Rehab, Sturgeon Bay, on May 5, 2007. She was born April 9, 1915, in Cloud Chief, Okla., to Lawrence and Bessie (Montgomery) Little. On March 25, 1934, she married Harold Haag Bollenbach in Watonga, Okla., he preceded her in death on March 21, 1999. Mary worked as a Laboratory Technician at Hanford Nuclear Works in Richland , Wash., and was an x-ray technician in the medical field. In 2001, she moved to Door County from Erick, Okla. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, American Legion Auxiliary and the United Methodist Church.


Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann Harding, Sturgeon Bay; two sons, Ross (Urte) Bollen, Fairhope, AL; Don (Audrey) Bollen, Hesperia, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Mike (Janis) Piety, Two Rivers; Steve (Sue) Harding, Littleton, Colo.; Cindy (Larry) LaCrosse, Sturgeon Bay; Jon Harding, Bloomington, Minn.; David (Jennifer) Harding, Alameda, Calif.; Deena (John) Piekarski, Huntington Beach, Calif.: Dori Bollen, Long Beach, Calif.; nine great-grandchildren and six great- great-grandchildren; a sister, Louise Thornhill, Tucson, Ariz.; a brother-in-law, Edsel Curnutt, Abilene, Texas.


She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother and four sisters.


Memorial services will be conducted at the United Methodist Church in Weatherford, Okla., this summer. Inurnment will take place at the Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford.


In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her name.
