Henry Allen Bollen was born in AL in 1861 and moved to Arkansas. I cannot find anything on him earlier than 1930. He might have came to AR with a brother James, but I have found nothing that connects them.

Oddly, I found a Rachel Bollen who married a John Caruthers and died in a neighboring county. She is the earliest Bollen that I have found in the area.
