My family line is suppose to come down through Justice Bowling. I would like to obtain informatin regarding the process of females having the DNA done for a lineage to the Bowling family. Have had different opinions on this matter. Want facts. My brothers will not do the DNA, so I will do this. Do I need a male in the family to do DNA also before I can. I have a son that possibly will have it done.
I am told that there is only one Bowling family in Ky that actually links to Pocohantos and they are in Boyld Co. Ky
