Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a. m. Tuesday in the Little Chapel of the Chimes for Gerald Blaine Bon, 6536 NE Union avenue, for the last nine years secretary and treasurer of the local Brotherhood of Railroad Engineers. He died Friday. Burial will be in Riverview cemetery.
Born on April 1, 1884, in Yankton, S. D., Bon had been an engineer with the S. P. & S. railroad for many years. He came to Portland in 1903. He was a member of the Church of Christ, Scientist.
Surviving are brothers, Ben, Fresno, Cal., and Wilbur E., Leavenworth, Wash., sisters, Mrs. Lela Angle, Minneapolis, Minn., Mrs. Helen Griffith, Wisner, Neb., and Mrs. Mary Wathen, Berkeley, Cal.
