I'm not sure of his wife's name, but I do know that they had 6 children, Mary, Anne, Katherine (Kovasick), Theresa, Tony and Barbara (Cunic).
Hello, Luis!

I saw your message and thought I would respond because I am certain we have some family relation.

My grandfather was Teodoro Bon-Pizarro. He was born in Carolina to Luis Bon-Cuadrado and Beatriz Pizarro. My father's name is Jose Armando Bon. My mother is Haydee Diaz-Rosario. I have been told by my grandmother, Josefa Morales (who turned 98 last week!) that the Bon name in Puerto Rico arrived there because a German by the name of Bonn came and settled in P.R. As the story goes, he disappeared one day and was never seen again. I would be glad to share more info. I have gathered with you if you like. Also, look at Rosemarie Hernandez message in the bulletin board. She and I uncovered earlier this year that we are third cousins.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Bon family

Good Evening Iris...
From what I can gather Bon is a german name which moved from Von to Bon in order to escape some sort of persecusion. My grandparents Modesto and Julia Bon came from Spain to PR and I believe are brothers of your grandfather. I believe I know Angel Luis from Carolina. He and his sons are the only other Bon's I know. Hope this helps. I also know my father had 4 girls before he had me. I regretfully do not know their names. Hope this helps...
