What I would like to know is the name of the children of this Henry Kroppen. Did he ever immigrate to America or is he just the father of some of the Kroppens that did immigrate to the Plato and other areas. I know there was one Kroppen that married an Ehrke n the Lester Prairie area. My tree has Herman Kroppen on it and he immgrated to Plato MN in 1894 and I believe a Peter Hoof came at the same time he did (according to immigration papers) Then I found a Katherine Kroppen that married a Peter Hoof and lived at Bergen Twnship McLeod Co.
