The Thomas Mitchell Bonner on the 1830 Putnam census was the
son of Richard Bonner and Frances Mitchell, with Richard being the son of Col Henry Bonner b 1724, so you have omitted a generation. Have you checked for any probate/will in Putnam
for Thomas M Bonner dying in 1832? He did have a son named
Richard but his middle name was supposedly Mitchell and not
Henry.
