My 2nd great-grandfather Joel Bonney and his 2nd wife Huldah Tice had a son named Frank. The family lived in Barryton. Frank and two of his brothers moved to Wisconsin. Frank married and had at least three sons one of which was named Frank. It is possible that either of these Franks is the one in your photo.
