I really know very little. Grandmother died when my father was just 12 and Grandfather died in 1949 or early 1950. I will be trying to find information in census reports, but I don't really know how to access them. Fortunately for me, they all stayed in pretty much the same area -- Kings Park and Smithtown in Suffolk County NY.

I did know my grandfather's brother and his wife, but we always just called them a name that sounded like Sitsi; I understand that that's sort of a nickname, love name. Their daughter was Anne (or Anna, I've never been sure which) Pira.
