My family is from Valtellina which is the valley running east along the river "Adda" from lake Como & is in the province di Sondrio. My grandfather came from the town of Cevo near Morbegno. He migrated to Australia along with his brother in the 1930.s, My father & the rest of the family joined him in 1949. Some of my grandfathers brothers migrated to the United States. The rest of the family moved to Rome and as far as I know are still there. Hope this is of some help
