Frances BOOHER m. Benjamin Stephen TEDDER

Surnames: BOOHER, TEDDER, TEDER
Seeking information on Frances BOOHER m. Benjamin Stephen TEDDER
Wise Co., VA Marriage Index as follows: Aug 26, 1907-TEDDER, B.S, Father: William TEDDER, Mother: Mary TEDDER - BOOHER, Francis, Father: F.P. Booher, Mother: Annie BOOHER
However, I find no other evidence to prove that Fred BOOHER and Annie VICARS had a child named Frances or Francis. She does not appear listed with them in the 1880 census. According to her headstone she was b. 1874 d. 1957.
According to 1910 census McDowell Co., WV, she is married to Steven TEDER, is 41 yrs old, this is her 2nd marriage and she has had 8children/4living.
Her children with Stephen TEDDER appear to be Bessie age 5; Tebia or Febia age 4; and Lola age 2/12. The other child listed is a step-son to Stephen TEDDER and the name is very difficult to read, could be Ezra or something else, but he is 7yrs old and his last name is listed as BOOHER.
I do not find the family in the 1920 or 30 census and I do not find a Frances or Francis BOOHER in 1900 census which would fit this Frances.
If anyone has information or ideas, it would be most welcome.
