Listed below are the croppings from a Will dated 1830 and recorded in Will Book H 1834-1839 page 241 (original page number). I have entered the most important pieces of information gleaned from this Charleston, S.C. Will. It is located on microfilm reel no. ST0528 on page 516 in drawer 95 of the South Carolina Archives...." S.C. Charleston Dist of the Parish of St.________ a Free Person Of Color. Robert Collins in his Will, dated 4/12/1777, devised to my mother, Sue and her children, Nelly, Ester, Rachael, Charlotte, Rebecca, Garsham, Eliezar, and Robert and a child which the said Sue was then ensient, all that Plantacion of him the said Robert Collins, situate in the Parish of St. Thomas and Dennis, containing 545 acres. Bequeathed unto her brother's son Henry Collins, all her right in her part of the land. Henry also receives her negroe slave Ester; Sarah Broag, Robert's daughter receives negroe slave Peggy daughter of Yay-Nay,Robert's daughter Charlotte Collins receives slave female Tira, Nephew Robert receives female slave Kate, her brother Jonathan Collins and Nephew Zachariah son of Robert received male slave Glasgow. Niece Charlotte Blageford, daughter of sister Rachael. Proved 1-8-1836
