I am just beginning to trace my family tree through my fathers line. Unfortunately I do not have alot to go on. His name was William Arthur Boothroyd and was born in Grimsby(c.1929). His parents were Walter Boothroyd and Alice Sheardown. Walter came from Brighouse W. Yorkshire and I believe there are still family connections there. Walter played in the Brighouse and Rastrick Band for a while. Is there anyone out there that can help me with more information please.
