So I am new to this site and not too sure how it works but I figured I would start my ancestry search with the most uncommon last name in my family (at least in America)...Boothroyd. My mother's maiden name is Boothroyd and her family lived and grew up in Camden NJ. She had 9 brothers and sisters. My grandparents names were William Leroy Boothroyd and Virgina Wright and I believe my great-grandfather's name was Leroy Boothroyd and that is pretty much all I know. If anyone out there has any information on my family, it would be very much appreciated. There has been no genealogy done in my family, that I know of, and I wanted to try and put together all the information I can for my cousins and our kids.
