Sorry for the late reply but you confirm my findings. I was unable to find any descendants for George William O. Booty but Ida Jessie Booty seems to have been married twice, first to Horace Archibald Tarling and then to William Henry Light. My research seems to indicate that she may have had three children, two with Horace (Grace J & Malcom H) and Jeanette/Jeannette J M with William. Jeanette would be about the same age as my husband so hope to find her as she would be about 65 years old and the same age as my husband and a first cousin.
