I'm Kevin Bord my cousin Jeni was writing to you some years ago and I've just come acroos your messages backl and forth as I reconect to ancestry.com. I have done some researchon the Bord's. What is your husbands name and or his father's name. I have run across a Dutch Boord last name pronounced the same as Bord which could be "German." The Bords I know of came from France in the 1889/89 and settled in western PA. Many of them moved into Easter OH and disperssed from there. My Great grandfather was Regis and he had three sons, Regis, Elix and Harry. Ring any bells?
